Website and Forum Improvements

Hello, I made this topic so people can post suggestions on ways to better organize the forums and website, I'll probably post here a lot or update the OP, so as to keep track of different things that should be added and worked on. If you have any suggestions I'll add them to the list if they are good thought through suggestions. If I can do it and if Magellan agrees I'll work on it, that or Magellan will.
It would be helpful to categorize the suggestions between Website suggestions, and Forums suggestions. Magellan would be dealing with all the website stuff.
(Example of what I'm looking for even though this is my list as well.)

Autonomous Message: New members get an auto message giving advice and all the information they need to know if they need help ( who can help and how to contact them), say they are having issues posting a topic and cant ask for help through the forums, it would be nice for them to know where to go.
