bug: Can't sell cargo in cargo bay 1.
What happened?
I was in a light scout, and scanned a gas giant. When prompted I chose to refuel from gas giant. I succeeded. My fuel level went DOWN from 95 to 77. I was asked if I wanted to store excess fuel in cargo bay. I said 'Y'. I went to nearby space station and tried to trade the fuel away. I got the message:
Can't sell cargo in bay 1.

Thanks. fixed the selling bug and most of the above.
I am aware of friendly enemies, need to look into that.
