What to do with captured animals?

Postby Jiamil » Mon 28. Apr 2014, 15:55

So, I boutght a stasis trap and managed to capture 3 animals at the same time in it. And now? What to do with them? Does someone buy them, do I need to do anything with them?

You can sell them at the companies for increased biodata payout.
There are also some other shops on planets who buy live critters. Not always the nicest folks to sell stuff to though...

Do I need to do anything else besides capturing those animals?

I talked to the company like I always do to sell data, but the animals captured still remain in the stasis trap.

I just saw, that there are also like stasis cages and normal cages. Maybe I need to buy also one of those to make the animals available for trade, because trading them out of the trap doesn't work in general?

Sadly, the save where I managed to capture the animals had an unfortunate accident where some squids have been involved, so I can't test it myself right now.
