R200, do alien spaceships infect planets anymore?

In R197 if the game is played long enough many planets eventually get those alien spaceships on the planet. It appeared to get out of control quickly since so many planets were infected and there were several aliens ships on those planets if I recall correctly. Has this issue been fixed for R200?

Just kidding - it just visual glitch.

Still I think we still can encounter ouroboros-type ships, they just started to appear at much later date.
