How to deal with Apollo peacefully?

I was on my most succesful mission so far and had found many great things, then I found this planet with strange readings and guy claiming to be Apollo appeared, he asked for offerings but he wouldn't take any and blast me down. How do you deal with him? Is he always supposed to be agro?

I hate to say it, but there was a bug there. In the next version the options that should produce a more relaxed apollo will actually produce a more relaxed apollo.

This.. is little dislike from me on that...

Many people lost interest in playing this game after they seen apollo meeting is game ending.

Simply this should have been fixed sooner, many people ragequit prospector because of that.. just mah oponion.
