maybe prospector.at landed on some blacklist and is blocked by antivirus software?
maybe i should finally update phpbb?
403 has subcodes.

The issue is the website isn't secure and probably wasn't back then, and it's natively on http and not https. When my website wasn't secured people literally wouldn't visit it even if I gave them the link since browsers will just deny it if you don't turn all the protections off so not setting up https properly was my server host being lazy (literally).
I very well see he hasn't been here in a while but it will impact traffic as long as that lock has the insecure logo on it. It gets scrubbed from search engines too. I only found this through tvtropes despite searching prospector/prospera/prospectors quite often.
