Crash from training

I first noticed this when attempting to 'train crew' from the hire crew menu aboard Space Station 1, which would cause an error display and crash. With the same savegame, I am now getting it whenever I dock, as well. I suspect it's related to my captain leveling up, because he has the most XP out of all the crew, but I'm not actually sure. The error log is as follows:

No worries, I'm just glad to see progress. How often do the new builds go up, anyway?

At the moment I am trying twice a week.
I realized that a lot of people seem to get it during the weekend, so I try to put one out Thursday/Friday. But since the weekend is when I have time to work on this thing, it's a good Idea to check Sunday or Monday.
