Configuration

So i was trying to set up my configuration to get my screen to fit the way i liked, but every time i open Prospector, the window is halfway viable part way down the screen, i want to know what im supposed to edit to make it so when you open prospector it starts centered

That's actually windows that does that.
Nothing in prospector config to change that.
