Buggy buggy specialists

The bug what still haunt prospector for a long time (just test 0.0.3 R165 - that "insect" still here):
Redshirts-specialists (squad leaders, paramedics, snipers) still buggy - they don't have a personal history nor get full healing from doctors.

I wasn't aware of this problem. Found and fixed the bio descriptions.
The healing thing I haven't found yet.
Does it only happen when you use medpacks? Or the normal fixing cuts and bruises the doctors do? (Because the latter seems to work for me) Does it affect all specialists or only leveled ones?
